Clean, quiet, good location, friendly owner, helpful staff, cheaper trips.

There was nothing I didn't like.

We had a great stay in this hotel located in a narrow lane in a residential area. The hotel is in an easily accessible location, just a short walk away from Hua Lamphong main train station. The staff were very accommodating and helpful, giving us a free room upgrade and tending to all our needs. The rooms were clean, spacious, and had good amenities including bottled water provided every day. We also appreciated the easy walk to the underground station which made it easy to explore the area.

Great location near transportation and dining options. The room was clean and tidy. The complimentary breakfast was delicious.

The staff had difficulty communicating in English which made it challenging to order food or drinks. The bar was not what it seemed like on the website and did not have the drinks advertised.

The hotel was amazing for our romantic escape! The beds were comfy and there was always hot water. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the train station as well as being close to buses. The staff was great at helping us find the right transportation. Also, we enjoyed having plenty of cafes/restaurants nearby.

There were a couple of downsides. The breakfast was not good, just two pieces of toast, a sausage, salad, and a fried egg. It was always cold, and the staff took about 15 minutes to prepare it. Also, the room had a strange smell, and it was quite small. However, the hotel was too expensive for the experience.
